Unless User-data encryption or further role restrictions have been placed, there are two ways to monitor conversations that users have with your bot.
- Go to the “Conversations” page in portal.
- From here you will be able to see a list of conversations that real end-users have had with your bot(s)
- You have the ability to join the chat, if a user is experiencing issues with the bot by selecting the “join” button found at the bottom of the chat window. You shall be able to speak to this customer in real time.
