Monitoring Conversations

Unless User-data encryption or further role restrictions have been placed, there are two ways to monitor conversations that users have with your bot.

Automatic Monitoring

Chat History Server

ServisBOT has on-prem storage available for enterprise customers. Please reach out to your customer success rep to get started.

Conversation Lists

  • Go to the “Conversations” page in portal.
  • From here you will be able to see a list of conversations that real end-users have had with your bot(s)
